Junior Video Animator / Motions Graphic Artist - 6 Month Internship

We are looking for a creative Junior Animator/Visual Artist to develop excellent visual frames with 2D/3D or other techniques for the Bitstocks and CARSnCRYPTO brands.

We are looking for an exceptional intern to join Bitstocks, London’s first Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market advisory firm. Established in 2014, our primary objective is to simplify cryptocurrency investment and provide the services for investors to be able to confidently and safely secure and grow their cryptocurrency wealth. We are fierce advocates of the innovative technology and the financial revolution cryptocurrency offers by enabling true decentralised and individual financial sovereignty.

You’ll be working with video editors to create animations as simple as lower thirds name graphics all the way through to detailed video infographics. 

To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled in graphic design, animation and basic visual effects and also have a solid grasp of video editing and storytelling.

Your work as a Junior Animator and expectations will include:

  • Reading scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
  • Preparing presentations with raw designs to customers
  • Developing storyboards for the initial stages of production
  • Assisting preparing presentations with raw designs for clients
  • Working with editors to develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
  • Create basic drawings and illustrations by hand or electronically
  • Join images with background graphics and basic visual effects
  • Ensure synchronisation of frames and audio
  • Participate in editing process
  • Collaborate with production crew (designers, directors etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
  • Proficient in relevant software, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro/After Effects
  • A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions
  • Graphic design skills

Desired skills:

  • Colour correction/colour grading
  • Photography/videography skills
