Junior Video Editor - 6 Month Internship

Bitstocks & CARSnCRYPTO are looking for a talented Video Editor and filmmaker to join the editing team. As part of the team you will be working with a passionate team of people in the Cryptocurrency and Supercar industries.

We are looking for an exceptional intern to join Bitstocks, London’s first Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market advisory firm. Established in 2014, our primary objective is to simplify cryptocurrency investment and provide the services for investors to be able to confidently and safely secure and grow their cryptocurrency wealth. We are fierce advocates of the innovative technology and the financial revolution cryptocurrency offers by enabling true decentralised and individual financial sovereignty.

As a Junior Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

Your role as a Junior Video Editor will include:

  • Take guidance and assist the Senior Editors and creative team
  • Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
  • Taking a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency
  • Ability to use your initiative to complete solo projects and tasks
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Solid understanding of filmmaking and know your way around DSLR/Mirrorless camera
  • Understanding of both Windows & OSx (Apple) operating systems
  • Basic Audio tweaking/mixing abilities
  • Basic colour correction and colour grading skills

Desired skills:

  • Basic Animation/Infographics
  • Lighting
  • Audio Tech

You may also carry out online editing duties, which involve finalising technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects.


  • Travel: Depending on your skillset, this role allows the opportunity to travel around the country, within Europe and beyond
